IIBP Group Chairman Mr. Nicholas Kirke and President Dr. Terry O’Hanlon-Rose hosted a working lunch with Dr. Victor Canezo, President of Biliran Province State University (BiPSU), at Resorts World Manila.
Dr. Canezo, the youngest and inaugural President of BiPSU, has shown exceptional leadership through his determination, capability and humility. His vision is for the university to make a significant difference in the lives of its students and of Biliran Province.
Mr. Kirke and Dr. Rose were deeply impressed by Dr. Canezo’s achievements at national and international level in a short time, recognising him as a visionary leader and a catalyst for positive change.
